Go to texworks
File>Edit>Preferences>Editor>Spell-check language.
Download and install spellcheck dictionary
Extract english .dic and .aff file from the download.
Help>Settings and Resources
go to C:\Users\PRATEEK\.texlive2019\texmf-config\texworks and
create dictionaries folder and move the .dic and .aff files
select spell check as
